dysfunction (ED, or impotence) in men. It was approved

2003 . This is the third oral product approved for this
condition. Cialis

) .
Cialis
ingredients
CIALIS tablets contain either 10 mg or 20 mg of the active ingredient tadalafil. CIALIS tablets also contain the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium laurylsulfate, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, triacetin, titanium dioxide (E171), iron oxide (E172) and talc. The active ingredient in Cialis is tadalafil.
Cialis is different than currently approved products for ED like Viagra and Levitra because it stays in the body longer.
How Cialis Works:
Cialis is not an aphrodisiac or hormone. It is a selective PDE-5 inhibitors or phosphodiesterase type 5. Reducing the activity of the PDE5 enzyme means more blood can flow to the penis and less leaves. The net result is an improved and longer erection.
Cialis acts by relaxing muscles in the penis and blood vessels, allowing increased blood flow into the penis, which produces an erection. It works along with sexual stimulation to help achieve an erection, quickly. Cialis enables you to get erections in as little as 16 -30 minutes and have multiple encounters with your partner without having to take additional doses. It lasts for 36 hours.
Success Rate of Cialis
In most cases Cialis enables men to get an erection the first time they take the drug.
Cialis increases the confidence of men that they will be able to achieve an erection and have successful sexual intercourse.
Clinical trials by the manufacturer of Cialis
showed that 75 per cent of attempts at intercourse were
successful in men taking Cialis, compared with 32 per
cent of attempts in men taking placebo. In primary studies
by the manufacturer that involved men with ED due to
various causes, 81 per cent reported that their erections
were improved after taking Cialis, though this figure
depended on the severity of the erectile
dysfunction. In men with severe ED, 72 per cent
reported improved erections with Cialis.
Cialis (Tadalafil) helps in improving overall erectile function, ability to achieve erections sufficient for vaginal penetration, ability to maintain erections for successful sexual intercourse, satisfaction with the hardness of erections and confidence in ability to achieve and maintain an erection.
NOTE: Cialis does not protect from AIDS or
other sexually transmitted diseases.
