Corrects Erectile Dysfunction Story

NEW YORK - In a Jan. 25 story about marketing
of erectile dysfunction drugs, The Associated
Press erroneously reported that men who take
Cialis
should wait 36 hours before taking nitrates,
which are typically given for chest pains. Cialis'
manufacturers say patients should wait 48 hours.
The story also erroneously reported that patients
taking Viagra or Levitra should wait four hours
before taking a nitrate. The wait for those
drugs should be 24 hours, according to doctors.
