Men, Women
to choose from sex and smoking
July 05, 2005
The new anti-smoking campaign
launched in Britain will urge people to consider
their smoking habits and look at issues like
impotence seriously. In men, smoking speeds
up impotence where as in women it causes wrinkles
and bad breath.
The Public Health minister Caroline Flint is
hopeful that this powerful campaign will influence
the people to choose from smoking and sex. They
will quit if they
are convinced, it would improve their sex appeal.
Smoking also contributes to cellulite, causes
gum disease and tooth loss.
Research states that up to
120,000 men are impotent due to smoking. Male
smokers in their 30's and 40's are at a greater
risk when compared to the younger crowd. Clive
Gingell of the Sexual
Dysfunction Association also cited the young
men's excitement to smoke and the adverse consequences
they face in the later years of their life.
Gingell expressed immense faith in this new
campaign.
